Requirements for a Return
• You call customer service within SEVEN DAYS after delivery.
• The item is still in NEW condition
• All Gift items must not be OPENED
• All Gift items must carry their tags, seals and all accessories intact
• Gift items must carry all packaging including manuals, warranty cards
• Gift Items must remain in their packaging box
HOW TO RETURN

• Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm validity of the return.
• If Valid, we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on www.patriciagifts.com for your next shopping.
• If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your account shall be credited within 72hrs.
• If Invalid, we shall send the item back to you Please allow for 7days after retrieval for Local Orders; 14 days for International Orders.
